ALIHEL HELMET
ALIHEL HELMET
“ALIHEL”
A cutting-edge bicycle helmet, a fusion of style, safety, and innovation.
Crafted with precision from satin-finished metal and lightweight carbon fiber, this helmet blends sleek aesthetics with advanced protection.
Inside, a 3D-printed lattice structure forms the core, designed to absorb impact more efficiently than traditional materials. The inclusion of an integrated LED lighting system not only enhances visibility but ensures that riders remain noticeable on the road, even in low-light conditions.
I'm also excited to share that ALIHEL 👽, has been selected for the portfolio section of the new Cademy website . The helmet's development involved sketching the main geometry and modeling it in Rhinoceros. Using the #Crystallion plugin inside Grasshopper, I generated a gyroid structure between the outer shell and inner padding. The gyroid was then refined and smoothed with the Catmull-Clark subdivision algorithm.
This project is a step forward in cycling helmet design, blending cutting-edge technology and user-centric safety upgrades.
